The Charlotte’s Weddings Experience
At Charlotte’s, the mission is to ensure that every bride feels comfortable, confident, and at ease during their gown shopping experience, creating a personalized and memorable journey. The team eagerly anticipates assisting brides in saying “Yes to the Dress” that makes them feel their most confident and beautiful selves.
Prior to the confirmed appointment, a stylist will schedule a Zoom or phone call to connect with the bride, delving into their wedding planning journey and honing in on their vision for their special day. A short survey will follow, allowing brides to share their wedding details, dress preferences, and inspirations, including their Pinterest boards and Charlotte’s wishlist. On the day of the appointment, guests are greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne as they settle into their designated viewing area. The stylist guides brides through a thoughtful selection of dresses, encouraging them to trust their instincts and keep an open mind. With expertise and support, the stylist ensures each gown is fitted properly, offers additional options, and leads the way to finding “The One.” And when the perfect dress is found, it’s time for a celebration!
